As a Database Specialist at KBC, you will be responsible for the organization, storage, and retrieval of data across various platforms. Your role will be critical in ensuring the quality, integrity and availability of data within our team.

Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Implement and oversee data governance policies and procedures
• Coordinate data migrations and transformations
• Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement solutions
• Provide technical support related to data management to other departments
• Create and maintain documentation related to data architecture and processes
• Ensure data security measures are implemented and consistently followed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong database knowledge and proven experience with data analysis
• Experience working in Salesforce Database, Data Cleansing and Visualizations tools such as Power BI, Alteryx or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and experience working with large datasets
• Strong experience/skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Data Analytics or similar field
• 3 years prior experience relating to business or data intelligence, ideally in commercial real estate.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $65,000 - $77,000. We’ll consider a variety of factors when determining the offer including skills, abilities, experience, and location.
